Director of Athletics Vince Arduini announced the sports department’s final selection of a new girls’ varsity volleyball coach and program director, March 6. Morgan will assume her duties on July 1, 2014.

Girls’ Volleyball Threaten Knights in Close Match

Girls’ varsity volleyball lost to Episcopal in a close match, Oct. 3, losing the first two sets 25-15 and 25-23. The Mavericks came back in next two with scores 25-15 and 25-17, but lost the last set 15-10.

Boys’ Volleyball Dominates Kinkaid

Sept. 19, varsity boys’ volleyball won against Kinkaid 3-0, with set scores with scores 25-14, 25-17 and 25-11. The team had a huge stride from start to finish, with no close points to threaten their lead.
