Senior: “I only read the first chapter in [some course] last semester.”
Me: “You should be glad you’re not my student.”
Senior: “Hey, I got an A in the course”
Me: “You should be glad I’m not your teacher.”
Senior: “I know–I have carefully avoided you in all my classes here.”
